Cancellation policy
Sitter cancels — full refund. Owner cancels before acceptance — full refund. Owner cancels 48h+ before start — refund minus service fee. See Booking Protection for details.
Message before booking
Chat with your sitter before committing. Ask about their home, experience, routine, and anything else. No pressure to book until you're confident.
